To register and maintain an Account on jp9p, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:
Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the jp9p Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's identity, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. jp9p reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation.
Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any point jp9p deems necessary for compliance purposes — you will be required to submit the following documentation:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of complete and legible documentation. jp9p will notify you by email upon completion of the review.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. Any changes to your name, address, or payment details must be reported to jp9p support promptly. jp9p accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by the Member.
jp9p accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrency channels including USDT and BTC.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account and registered in the Member's own name.

All bonus funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Member must place cumulative qualifying wagers of RM3,500 before the bonus becomes withdrawable). Individual promotion pages specify the applicable multiplier for each offer.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically upon the end of the validity period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity, strictly in accordance with these Terms. No rights or licences are granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without jp9p's prior written consent.
The jp9p name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of jp9p. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp9p's aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Balance deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jp9p shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
jp9p does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect Platform availability. jp9p accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, network outages, or third-party service failures beyond jp9p's reasonable control.
jp9p processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jp9p implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to safeguard your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting jp9p support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jp9p is registered and operates.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and jp9p, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via jp9p's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration or applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.
For game-related disputes specifically, jp9p's server logs and the records of the relevant game provider shall constitute conclusive evidence of the facts in dispute, absent manifest error.
